The flavor is gentle and sweet. Very high elevation and shade growing gives nice acidity, good balance, and a very pleasant flavor. This is a fine example of what good Peruvian coffee can be.  In the cup it has medium body and acidity, is slightly fruity, and has the hallmark Peruvian sweetness.  It is not a bold or edgy coffee, but presents a mild, very pleasant cup.
